Innovation program

We deliver innovation program for our clients and accompany them in materializing the agenda. Depending on specific requests from our clients, at times, we second ourselves as part of their team to execute - from building network to building ventures and making relevant investments that align with strategic innovation objectives.

Our Approach

Alignment

We first align with our clients on their innovation objectives - is it to expand their core or to hedge for disruption; is it to hit clear KPIs or to prepare for future. Such alignment sets the tones and directions of the innovation agenda and execution plan that follows.

Development

Once aligned in the north star objectives, we work with our clients to develop strategic roadmap and intermediate building blocks with specific OKRs. The co-development is also a process to socialize the overall objectives and plan to get ready for deployment

Deployment

Once development is done, we work with our client to prepare relevant resources to deploy the plan in cohesive manner - controlled chaos to allow room for creative pursuit while keeping structured process to bring along the rest of the organization.
